چکیده

Magnetite (Fe3O4) is a potential material for spintronic development due to its high Curie temperature (858 K) and half-metallic structure with only one spin polarization at Fermi level. The bulk properties of Fe3O4 make it big challenge grow perfectly stoichiometric thin films low temperature. Here, we report the structural morphological evolution as function gas flow rate. Radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering was used fabricate on MgO/Ta/SiO2 room Atomic force microscopy (AFM) shows spherical-like shape, root-mean-square (RMS) roughness varies from 1.5 nm 7.5 nm, grain size increases 30 74.3 nm. are dramatically enhanced by increasing Moreover, resistivity (r) versus (T) reveals existence Verwey transition below 120 K, indicating presence Fe3O4.

Temperature Dependence on Structural, Tribological, and Electrical Properties of Sputtered Conductive Carbon Thin Films

Conductive carbon films were prepared at room temperature by unbalanced magnetron sputtering (UBMS) on silicon substrates using argon (Ar) gas, and the effects of post-annealing temperature on the structural, tribological, and electrical properties of carbon films were investigated. Films were annealed at temperatures ranging from 400 °C to 700 °C in increments of 100 °C using a rapid thermal a...

Structural, Electrical and Optical Properties of Molybdenum Oxide Thin Films Prepared by Post-annealing of Mo Thin Films

Molybdenum thin films with 50 and 150 nm thicknesses were deposited on silicon substrates, using DC magnetron sputtering system, then post-annealed at different temperatures (200, 325, 450, 575 and 700°C) with flow oxygen at 200 sccm (standard Cubic centimeter per minute). The crystallographic structure of the films was obtained by means of x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. An atomic force micr...
